COPYRIGHT:
All images in this Backgrounds collection are copyrighted by
JMDesigns, Maineville, OH. All rights reserved. You may not distribute
or resell this work modified or unmodified. PowerPoint« is a registered
trademark of Microsoft Corporation. This product is not endorsed
by Microsoft Corporation.
LICENSE:
A. End User License Agreement
By using any images from this Backgrounds Collection you
accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If
you do not agree with the terms herein, do not use the images
and promptly return the entire package to the place of purchase.
B. Grant of License: Standard Rights and Restrictions
The images in this Backgrounds Collection are the
intellectual property of JMDesigns, Maineville, OH, and are
protected by law, including United States copyright laws and
international treaties. JMDesigns, Maineville, OH-grants you
a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
(1) use the images by any single user at one time, and
(2) transfer the physical ownership of the images from one
user to another. You may not sell, assign, rent, or
distribute copies of the images to others.
C. Term
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate
this license by destroying the Backgrounds images
and any backup copy. JMDesigns-www.jmlogos.com-may terminate
your license if you fail to comply with this agreement, in
which case you agree to destroy the background image files.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
JMDesigns-, Maineville, OH-warrants to you that this Backgrounds Collection
will perform for thirty (30) days from purchase.
JMDesigns-, Maineville, OH-makes no warranties express or implied,
including without limitation the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the
CD. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the use
of the images is assumed by you.
In no event will JMDesigns-, Maineville, OH-and their owner, employees
or agents be liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or
indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, and the like)
arising out of the use or inability to use the CD.

II. How to use this Backgrounds Collection
1. Download the collection onto your harddrive.
2. To browse the whole collection of backgrounds:
Using Adobe« Acrobat« Reader« (available for free download at
http://www.acrobat.com), open the Images Catalog file to view
thumbnails of all 300 images on the CD.
3. To insert a background image into an existing PowerPoint« slide
a. Choose "Format", "Background", then choose "Fill Effects"
from the drop down menu in the pop-up window. Next, choose
"Picture" from the fill effects menu and click on "Select
Picture". Choose your Cd-rom drive as the source
(generally using the "Look-in:" drop-down menu), then choose
an image from the "Background Images" folder on the CD.
Click "Ok". Click "Ok" again. Then choose one of the
following options from the "Background Menu" window:
1)Choose "Preview" to view the image in your slide
without closing the current menu, then choose "Apply"
or "Apply to All" or use the drop-down menu again to
choose a different image
2)Choose "Apply" to add the background to your
current slide or
3)Choose "Apply to All" to add the background to all
the slides in your presentation.
b. Right-click your mouse in a blank area of your slide and
choose "Background . . ." Next, choose "Picture" from the
fill effects menu and click on "Select Picture". Choose your
Cd-rom drive as the source (generally using the "Look-in:"
drop-down menu), then choose an image from the "Background Images"
folder on the CD. Click "Ok". Click "Ok" again. Then
choose one of the following options from the "Background Menu"
window:
1)Choose "Preview" to view the image in your slide
without closing the current menu, then choose "Apply" or
"Apply to All" or use the drop-down menu again to
choose a different image
2)Choose "Apply" to add the background to your current
slide or
3)Choose "Apply to All" to add the background to all
the slides in your presentation.
For further assistance using background images with your PowerPoint«
or other electronic presentation software, please consult the User
Guide that comes with your software.

III. How to Print a Catalog of the Images available in this collection:
Using Adobe« Acrobat« Reader« (available for free download at
http://www.acrobat.com) Open the Images Catalog file to view thumbnails
of all 300 images on the CD. Then choose "File", "Print" to print
the Catalog.
